The all-new Prius v is powered by a 1.8-liter DOHC engine with VVT-i, 98 horsepower, and electronically controlled continuously variable transmission. Each model is equipped with a nickel-metal hydride battery pack. With the Motor Generation Two system, energy is regenerated through braking so you don't miss a beat.
