In its continued effort to support Los Angeles and its environmental initiatives, LAcarGUY has committed to a 3-year sponsorship of Heal the Bay's Beach Report Card®—the only comprehensive analysis of coastline water quality in California.

Monitoring more than 350 beaches from Oregon to the Mexican border, the report card presents an “A” to “F” grade based on the health conditions of the water. The results of the report are taken very seriously since 1 in 25 beachgoers gets ill swimming or surfing in polluted water near a flowing storm drain.

“With the Beach Report Card, Heal the Bay has not only helped educate the public on the safety of our oceans in a way that’s easy for us to understand, but they’ve also inspired change by showing the impact each of us can have on our natural habitats. LAcarGUY’s sponsorship helps keep this report card alive to ensure our clients, staff and future generations can enjoy our local beaches for years to come,” said Sullivan.

This 3-year sponsorship is a natural progression of LAcarGUY’s long history of partnering with Heal the Bay to help protect Southern California’s natural resources.
