| Testimonial: | I wanted to write and thank the LA Car Guy Group for a very positive car buying experience that I had dealing with Chris at Pacific Audi. I live in Orange County and was looking for a new car for my son. A friend said I should try Pacific Audi even though it was a drive up there – they told me “it would be worth it”. At the time we were not set on a particular model or even a brand. I was able to get an appointment at the dealership on the fly over the cell phone, as I happened to be going to LA that day. My son and I were met with a positive and cheerful smile, introduced to the entire line to find out which Audi would work for us and given multiple test drives to find the right fit. Once we had settled on the Q5 we were given multiple color and package options – not on an order sheet but ones that we could actually look at and compare right there and then. We also had my son’s BMW to trade in and the dealership went right to work to try and find the maximum value they could get for it to make the numbers work for me. They offered me all the incentives available through Audi including special financing and one for switching from BMW to Audi (credits I neither knew about or had to ask for). Needless to say the entire experience was what giving a great gift to your son should be – one that was pleasant, respectful, and successful. As my friend had told me - “it was worth it” to leave OC and deal with a great dealership. |

| Testimonial: | Dear Mr. Carter, I have a great professional relationship with Ms. Campbell, so when I bring in my Cayman for service, I have a relaxed exchange with her. The work seems to be quite adequate...........A few months ago, I brought my car in for a coolant level down message on my tach screen. I had put in 2 quarts of Frazier Park mountain water at my daughter's house because I did not want to drive 70 miles with out adequate cooling. I gathered that was all the coolant I had lost, and also the temp gauge stood at 175 constantly going to Torrance. Your service people replaced a small hose; possibly put in a new thermostat; and returned the vehicle to me. Until recently, I had a mild smell of coolant, but that went away, and apparently the coolant level was fine at my 20,000 mile service--which is why you are e-mailing me. The new slave cylinder on the 6 speed works well--apparently there was a factory directive on that part. I also want to thank you for the Boxer with Triptronic as a rental car--I had a great time going down the 405 with the top down. Appreciating your service department. Bruce Lee Caukin |
