Subaru Impreza

With both sedan and 5 door configurations, the Impreza has cavernous passenger and cargo space for a car that can achieve up to 38 MPG.

Up the range, options include steering responsive LED headlights, blind spot detection and rear cross traffic alert for added safety. Roof racks and wifi connectivity can also be had depending on the trim level.

Honda CRV

Expert at Tight Turns. Honda’s compact SUV the CR-V has defined its segment since it was introduced over 20 years ago. The 2019 CR-V has sophisticated styling that disguises its rugged running gear.

Honda’s 4 cylinder Vtec engine produces 190 horsepower across all trim levels, slightly more with the addition of a turbo on the EX, EX-L and Touring models. Honda’s well known ride quality makes the CRV a great car or those long Friday evening trips to Mammoth.

Audi A4

Toyota 4 Runner

Old Man of the Mountain. As one of the first Japanese import SUV’s available in the states, the 4Runner has enjoyed a long and successful evolution from its earliest incarnation as a pickup truck with a fiberglass shell.

The 2019 4Runner, available across 7 trim levels, is still one of the most reliable and capable SUV’s you can buy. From the entry level SR5, through the luxurious Premium, to the trail rated TRD Pro, the 4Runner has a version available for everyone that sports great mileage, good looks and tons of cargo space.

Cold weather packages for skiers and snowboarders included heated seats and steering wheel. A sliding rear cargo deck aids in packing up your gear and multi terrain traction control keeps everything in place.


Porsche Macan

Downhill Racer. The Porsche Macan is no mere crossover. It’s got all the quickness, speed and handling of it’s more expensive brothers, but it’s also a capable all wheel drive SUV that can get you to the slopes.

Every trim level of the Macan comes with AWD. The engines range in horse power from 248HP in the turbo charged inline 6 at the lower end all the way to the Macan Turbo which pushes out 440 HP from its twin turbo V6.

A New Hybrid That Can GO The Distance. The newest SUV from Lexus is the compact crossover UX. The UX 250h, 250h Luxury and 250h F Sport offer AWD and incredible mileage.

The UX’s trim silhouette, tight turning radius and interior luxury make it a great car for the city, while its estimated 450 mile range on the hybrid model makes all the local ski areas reachable on a single tank of gas.

With 20 cubic feet of interior cargo space, all weather rubber mats and roof rack crossbars, the UXh handles the demands of a ski trip with all of Lexus’ reliability and comfort as an added bonus. Affordable luxury to own and drive, the UXh checks every box for young, snow loving Angelenos.


Audi Q7

Das Alpenmonster.The Q7, Audi’s first proper SUV, traces its roots back to the beloved first gen Audi Allroad wagons introduced 20 years ago. The 2019 Q7 sports Audi’s famed Quattro all wheel drive but also features all wheel steering to help maneuver at both high and low speeds.

The Q7’s adaptive air suspension can raise or lower the Q7’s stance to take on the terrain as you try and find that snowbound cabin you rented. The cold weather package offers heated front and rear, seats, a heated steering wheel and all-weather mats to keep the snow off where it belongs.

With best run class HP, Torque and towing ability it seems almost unfair at the amount of luxury, tech and convenience this beast offers.


Toyota Sequoia

Bigger Than a Redwood, Priced Like A Pine Tree. The 2019 Toyota Sequoia offers as much power, convenience and safety as luxury SUV’s costing thousands more. The Sequoia comes in 7 and even 8 passenger versions so it’s the perfect car to take family and friends up for a ski weekend.

Toyota’s reputation for quality and value backs up a car also has that ample amounts of luxury.. Depending on the trim level, the Sequoia offers adaptive variable air suspension for on the fly adjustments to dampen the roughest roads, multi-mode 4WD and 3 zone climate control.

Every iteration of the 2019 Sequoia also offers second row captain’s chairs, a unique option within its class. With the 3rd folded down, the Sequoia has a cavernous 66 cubic feet of storage. More than enough to bring home your favorite mogul.


Lexus GX

Cross Country Skier. For those who crave a bit more luxury and tech in their full size SUV, the Lexus GX builds upon the Sequoia’s capabilities off road and doubles down on convenience.

The GX offers unique off road features like “Downhill Assist Control” which automatically feathers the throttle and brakes on mountain descents to keep the GX at a safe constant speed. When going up Hill Start Assist help works in the same way to increase control on slippery surfaces.

Lexus also offers a kinetic dynamic suspension that locks the sway bars in place at high speeds and releases them for 4 wheel independence when on more uneven terrain. Like all Lexus vehicles the interior is the epitome of quiet comfort, including dual rear video monitors so everybody can watch what they want. It will make those long journey’s back from Mammoth fly by.
